Legacy of Service & Love of Country

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) was founded in 1890 and is headquartered in Washington, D.C. It is a non-profit, non-political women's service organization.

DAR members are direct descendants of patriots who fought or gave aid for the cause of American independence. We are dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education, and patriotism within the community.

Our Focus

Three Main Pillars

Historic Preservation
